In the early 90's, after abusing all the over-the-counter sinus and
allergy medicines,I was tested by an allergist for the 20 most
common allergens in our area (midwest). I tested positive for
4 - mold, pollen, animal dander, and dust mites. I was given two
prescription medications and used them daily for several years to
try to prevent runny nose, severe headaches and sneezing

But, about 3 months after starting these basic foundational
products, I noticed that I could skip taking the meds every few
